As a Technical Customer Support Representative your objective will be to give customer support to the clients of the company.

You will be responsible for:

-Answer on inquiries via phone, email and chat.
-Help with technical issues or account queries.
-Support with information on products, promotions and applications.
-Answer and follow up on customer inquiries.
-Achieving call quality and customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

-Fluent Speaker in German.
-Preferred applicants with customer service experience.
-Multitasking capabilities.
-Good English knowledge.
-Problem solving attitude and customer orientation.
-Interest of power tools
