Our cliente is the world’s largest provider of diversified business process services with leading
capabilities in transaction processing, automation, analytics and constituent experience, working with government and commercial customers.

Specific Responsibilities:
- Ensure an effective and reliable Billing process by following-up current Billing procedures on a daily basis to deliver Billing documents on time;
- Run Billing reports to identify blocked transactions and solve root causes to release them on a daily basis;
- Perform daily quality checks on billing documents;
- Send invoices to customers via post, email and B2B platform;
- Month-end activity in cooperation with Finance
- Initiative/actions to solve blocked billing transaction;

We are looking for candidates with the following experience, skills and qualifications:

- Finance or Economic Degree
- High level of English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
- Previous Professional Experience in an Administrative role in the Sales, Customer Care or accounting department;
- SAP experience. SAP/BW would be a plus.
- Order to Cash flow and VAT understanding experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Enthusiastic positive minded.
