Our client is an international company located in the heart of Barcelona!
As an Account Payable you will be responsible for:
- You will processing supplier's invoices and payment
- You will ensures compliance on operational accounting policies and procedures
- You will support not only the region assigned, but also overall AP function as requested
- You will prepare and review weekly AP
- You will track and support vendor and buyer queries
- You will Develop partnerships and communicates regularly with the AP Manage
- You will ensures clear, effective upward feedback and reporting.
- You will participate and support internal and external audits
- You will actively support the sharing of new ideas and best practice across all areas
- You work towards monthly KPIs
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have experience in Accounts Payable, Administrative Support, Procurement or Invoicing
- You speak English as business language
- You speak German at a native level
- You are a team player in a multi cultural environment with a "can-do" attitude
- You are flexible and able to work under tight deadlines to ensure timely reporting and payment run
