You will join an innovative company, with a young and multicultural environment with more than 18 years of presence in the market. The offices are located in the center of Barcelona.
As a accountant your main function will be to support both Spanish and German business with administration and accounting tasks in the financial department.
During your day to day:
- You will review of the monthly invoicing process and issue of credit notes
- You will be processing direct debits
- You will prepare weekly cash forecast and aged debtor reports
- You will prepare payments to suppliers and payroll run
- You will collate and post monthly supplier invoices
- You will answer customer queries
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have 2 years of experience as accountant
- You have Finance degree or equivalent
- You have strong Excel skills
- You have strong team ethics in order to work as part of a wider finance team
- You speak Spanish, German and English fluently
- You are flexible to work as required at busy times such as month-end
- You will have a stable position with a permanent contract
- You will work full time with flexible hours
