You will join an innovative company, with a young and multicultural environment of the hospitality sector with a stable presence in the market. As an Area Manager, your main objective will be to manage the team within sales department:
- You will be responsible for developing strategy at the scale of your geographic area in accordance with the strategy defined by the team leader and according to the sales growth objectives,
- You will be monitoring sales performance and business volume of French market,
- You will managing and maintaining a portfolio of hundreds partners,
- You will responsible for team coaching and monitoring,
- You will be negotiating the best commercial conditions.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have 3-5 years of experience in sales,
- You have 1-2 years of experience in leading a sales team,
- You have excellent communication skills,
- You are a positive person with can-do attitude.
- You will have a stable position with permanent contract (6 month probation period + permanent contract),
- You will work full-time with free Fridays afternoons,
- You're fixed salary will be competitive + commissions,
- You will get restaurant ticket.
