Our client is an international company which creates and delivers promotional products, looking to expand in more European countries.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst eCommerce, you will be part of the new European eCommerce Team.
You will be responsible for:
-Creating relevant business insights by gathering, monitoring and analyzing internal and external data. You will pro-actively come up with opportunities and proposals to your stakeholder (business, higher management).
-Gather, monitor and analyze internal and external data for business insight purposes.
-Identify potential business opportunities.
-Generate (visual) reports (Power BI), documentation and insights as part of the analysis process.
-Collects data to measure analyze return-on-investment across several key marketing and business initiatives.
-Perform campaign data analysis to understand the lift ROI associated with each program to aid in the development of future strategies.
-Work with cross-functional teams on the day-to-day execution of analytics projects initiatives.
-Review, analyze and present qualitative and quantitative analysis and data to stakeholders.
-Responisble for customer segmentation, predictive modelling, business case modelling, data modelling advanced analytics.
-Be the pro-active owner of the entire data chain.
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
-Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
-Fluency in English and native in one or two other European languages.
Experience:
-A minimum of 2 years experience within a similar position.
-Experience with customer segmentation, predictive modelling, business case modelling data modelling.
Skills:
-Advanced skill level using Excel, and experience with databases and data warehousing.
-Experience with PowerBI is a big pré.
Softskills:
-An online / e-commerce background (especially in mindset) is key.
