Our client is a leading advertising technology company based in Barcelona.

We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and responsive Performance Manager to join our Advertiser team in Barcelona. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for bringing in the new clients for CPI and leading the CPI team.

Your main responsibilities:

-Contacting and onboarding new mobile CPI clients.
-Coordinating with the Sales team manager to ensure performance targets are reached.
-Leading the CPI team and motivating the Account Manager to perform to their best.
-Negotiating the best CPI offers and budgets from key advertisers.
-Closing hot leads and developing the relationship with big clients.


We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications
-At least 1-3 years of experience of mobile or digital advertising experience.
-At least 1 year of experience in sales environment.
-Conversational understanding of the digital sales enviroment and ad inventory technology,
-You can identify various formats, as well as understand the different models like CPM, CPI, CPA.
-Experience in mentoring people in a team.
-An exsting portfolio of advertisers would be a big bonus.

Skills
-English is a must. Any additional language is a plus.
-Strong interpersonal skills. Building relationships is second nature to you.
-Impeccable communication skills – you can get your point across in presentations, face-to-face, and in writing.
-You have a “can-do” attitude and approach change positively.
-You are a team player, and bring your quality to improve team performance.
-You have well-honed multitasking and time management skills.
