You will join a company located in the center of Barcelona, one block away from Passeig de Grácia, specialized in distributing and selling telecoms equipment direct to corporate clients.

As a Customer Service and Sales Accounting Agent, your main function will be pre and post-sales customer support.

During your day to day:

- You will be in charge of providing pre and post sales customer support.
- You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with key contacts.
- You will develop excellent knowledge of our products to provide the best solutions for clients.
- You will perform sales activities via customer enquiries by telephone and email.
- You will actively seek and maintain a good supplier contact.
- You will be in charge of managing all customer activities (Quotes, Orders, Transport, Invoices, Returns).
- You will work with management to optimise margin, improve processes and control costs.

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have a native or excellent level of Dutch (both verbal and written). If you have knowledge of French, this would be an important asset.
- You have excellent listening and questioning skills.
- You have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are passionate about customers.
- You are organised and detail-oriented.
- Enthusiastic, hard-working with a can-do attitude.
