Your responsibilities will be:
-Deliver a quality customer experience on every transaction.
- Provide first contact resolution of customer issues via chat, email, and phone.
- Ensure that all customer contacts are handled in an efficient and customer-centric way.
- Troubleshoot and handle customer inquiries.
- Keep updated on new products, technological changes and procedure updates.
- A high level of Dutch
- Verbal and written fluency in English
- Experience dealing with customers.
- Full time position
- Project base contract
- Monday to Friday from 9 - 6pm
- 10 days of training
- Starting Date: 22th of July
