Our client operates a call centre and provides customer service and telemarketing solutions to multinational companies. The company offers an international environment with possibilities of growth. They are currently hiring customer service agents to work with healthcare and household products.

As a Customer Service Specialist your main responsibilities will be:
-Handling telephone inquiries from customers
-Updating customers´ information in the database
-Support and assist customers to book test rides
-Provide exceptional customer care

-You have a high or native level of Dutch (reading, writing and speaking)
-You're a natural team player - we believe in supporting and developing our people, and we want you to grow with us and help us to grow our business
-Demonstrate a proven track of record in delivering customer service would be a plus
-Someone who loves to give and receive fantastic customer service - we want you to treat every call or email or
social media post as an opportunity to delight our customers
-You should be reasonably comfortable talking and attending team briefings in English – you will not deal with
English calls.
-Good keyboard skills and an understanding of MS Office
-Strong administrative skills and proactive approach to problem solving
