You will join a Multicultural Company where you will get to play out your skills.

As a Digital Services and UX Leader, you will lead the digital transformation from a mainly HW/Capex based business model to a OPEX/Subscription based model. In your function around digital services with subscription,
you will be responsible for the customer journey from digital acquisition to contract closure and
the UX on our digital ecosystem.

The focus is around digital services for owners of solar and
energy storage solutions, in residential, commercial and off-grid markets. The offer is sold
globally through our ecosystem around InsightCloud.

 You will be responsible for the Digital Service Management - Collects insight about the market and present new
value propositions, lead the process on how to differentiate from competition and to
benchmark.

 You will lead the Customer Journey – How do our customers get convinced to sign up ? How can they
find our services and understand their gain. Collecting insights from customer
feedbacks and other market players.

 You will be managing the UX Design – Take strong involvement in the UX design of our Insight Ecosystem.

 You will also have to do Business development – Creates the marketing content to show and advertise the
USPs. Working with Marcom on finding the right channels and speech to attract
attention. Create and justify investments for features and offer extensions.

 You will be the main responsible for the profitability of the digital services, as well as price realization and
mix management. Create the offer requirements document that lead to industry
leading propositions and solutions based on primary research compiling insights from
customer and market. Define suitable offer positioning based on competitive analysis,
market trends, qualifying and quantifying the global market potential.

 You will Develop the solution launch strategy and plan collaboratively with key business
partners. Develop and manage communications plan around target customers
segments and applications. Understand customer pain points (solution) and define
consistent value proposition for the selected channel.

 You will lead the UX development of an attractive and easy to use enviroment. Digital Service
messaging of the solution to direct MarCom for developing marketing collaterals:
brochures, website-content, etc. and develop: promotional campaigns by defining
requirements for webinars, training, tradeshow events, advertisements, social-media,
etc.

 You will be accountable for implementing the actions around life cycle management.

 You will be responsible for customer experience metrics

You are the perfect candidate if:

You have this job related experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in Digital Service Management
• Experience of the full customer journey lifecycle on different projects
• Strong experience with UX Design and business development
• Proven ability and initiative to learn and research new concepts, ideas, and technologies quickly
• Ability to effectively move forward on tasks even with ambiguous or changing requirements
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment in a global context
• Willingness and ability to train and teach others
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organization skills and problem-solving skills
• The desire for growth and innovation, to bring rapid solutions to business challenges/opportunities
• The ability to work in a centralized/decentralized operating model, with varying implementation partners and implementation owners
