Our client is an organization with its headquarters in Barcelona, comprising several companies connected with diverse spheres of activity in the tourism sector. You will join the Italian offices to take care of the market.
As a Hotel Maintenance Manager :
-You will provide good service and generate a synergy with the different directors of maintenance of each hotel
-You will organize and supervise the maintenance team of the hotel
-You will coordinate the preventive maintenance of the installations of the buildings
-You will management of the costs of the department
-You will supervise the contracted companies
-You will do projects of development
-You will communicate with the responsible of the international corporation.
-You will manage a team of people : +5
You are the candidate we are looking for if:
-You have experience in the hotel, retail, hospital or public buildings industry with a focus on providing an excellent service.
-You consider yourself as dynamic, constant, involved, able to manage people, business oriented and always looking to evolve within an international company.
-You need to have technical- legal knowledge, OCA’s of installations and maintenance plans.
-You would also travel within Italy and handle other hotels. This is why we need you to have a valid driving license and a car.
-You speak fluently English and Italian.
