Our client is an important chemistry multinational with offices in Barcelona and Geneva with more than 7.000 people across 63 facilities.
As an IT Busimess Partner , you will be responsible for:
-Act as a single point of contact for Customer Care and Logistics Business Managers, build trust and a collaborative relationship with them.
-Maintain a consistent IT master plan.
-Be responsible for demand management analysis (objective, scope, business case).
-Provide functional expertise to support business objectives and proactively propose value-added IT solutions.
-Manage projects (on time, on budget, on scope) from IT side and report on your projects, including management of third party vendors or service providers when applicable.
-Facilitate the Super User network (group leadership, Community Of Interest meeting facilitation, accountability for training and documentation).
-Ensure SLAs are met, while Support is provided by dedicated Teams.
-Contribute to Supply Chain Innovation and Digitalization portfolio.
-10+ years of experience in IT, or mixed experience in IT and Business.
-Project Management certification and proven track record in project management.
-Strong functional knowledge in both Customer Care and Logistics (Shipping and Transport) areas, else at least in one of them, in a process/batch industry.
-Strong functional knowledge in SAP SD, LE + knowledge in e-invoicing local solutions is a plus.
-Strong analytical skills
-Fluent in English + 2nd language (French or Spanish)
-Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
