IT Customer Service Agent with Fluent French and English

We are recruiting for a Customer Service Agent with an excellent level of German and English. This person will be responsible for providing service to the client via phone, web and e-mail, receiving requests and finding the solutions to them. Your main tasks will be:

- Respond to incoming calls and emails
- Troubleshoot the IT issues users are facing
- Get to the root of problems and decide which you can solve remotely and which you need to escalate to other areas of support
- Understand the end user’s business challenges
- Be part of a team
- Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and verbal

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications, experience and skills.

Qualifications

- Fluent in French and English

Experience

- Previous experience in customer service
- Experience in IT or technical support is a plus
