Our client is an International Real Estate company.
Main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Day to day management of property portals, resolving issues and working to ensure our client's properties are well positioned
- Design coordination and creative copy of marketing and corporate materials
- Social media updates and community management
- Data compilation, analysis and reporting
- Assisting with promotional activities and events
- Content management
- Support marketing team members in various projects
We are looking for a person with the following experience, qualifications, skills and attitude:
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital/Internet Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Languages
- Native level of English
- Advance level of Spanish
Experience
- 2 years of experience in a similar role
Skills
- Resolute, creative and highly motivated person, with the ability work as part of a team
- Proven ability to manage tasks with competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to remain flexible, quickly adapt and work effectively with changing/competing work priorities.
- Outstanding organizational skills with strong attention-to-detail
- Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Permanent Contract
- Good working schedule: Mon-Fri 9:30-18:30pm
