Your main responsibilities will be:
-Become an expert in the use of the company´s platform and understand the full working of the app and website
-Prepare workflows, identify loopholes and resolve issues regarding refunds and exception ruling in coordination with departments of Product managers, Finance and Customer Services.
-Responsible for operations
-Provide hands-on assistance in case of Fraud cases
-Develop and implement programs/ideas/projects to improve the customer experience.
-Work cross-functionally across departments to increase customer satisfaction.
3-5 years of experience in an analytical operational role; preferably in an online-focused or app-focused business.
-Spanish native speaking and writing
- Full professional proficiency of English speaking and writing.
- Great team-working skills
- High energy and posivity
- Ambition to coach other people and be part of the Management Team.
The ideal person needs to have strong problem solving skills, enthusiasm, and empathy with customers.
