Our client is a leading European loan protection and personal insurance broker, who handles more than 3 billion euros of insurance premiums each year. They became one of the first brokers in France and Italy as well as a specialist in creditor insurance.
Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for the relationship with the main operational clients our client manages, as well as for the follow-up of new projects developing with them.
During your day-to-day:
- You will be in charge of client management:
o Relationship with the Insurance Company and the Financial Entity through daily contact and monthly follow-up meetings.
o Elaboration of SLAs and specific client reports
o Customer service and problem solving in the field of Operations and technical solution;
o Conducting meetings with client's functional management teams;
- You will be monitoring new projects:
o Review of technical solution recommendations and design of project presentations and reports;
o Participation in the project Steering Committee and follow-up with the final client
o Monitoring of the project budget
o Roadmap of projects with final client
- You will be operational support to the commercial team:
o Support in the elaboration of RFQs for insurance companies, proposal analysis, negotiation and creation of economic proposals for Cbp's client;
o Support to the management in the elaboration of offers, coordinating the contribution of the different areas involved in the project;
o Preparation of documentation for commercial actions, within and outside the scope of its clients;
o Identification of new commercial opportunities for Cbp together with the client;
You are the person we are looking for if:
-STUDIES: Degree in Business Administration or Engineering
-LANGUAGES:
o English: high level, complete professional capacity
o German or French to be assessed although not mandatory
-COMPUTING: advanced knowledge of MS Office (XLS; Access; Power Point)
-MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
o 5-7 years of experience in Consulting in projects with Financial Entities, Insurance Companies or Insurance Brokers.
o 3 years experience as Project Manager in Business Consulting
o It will be a plus to have developed technical-commercial functions in banking-insurance
o Experience with international projects and clients
o Used to working in multicultural environments
