Our client is a global international travel company based in Barcelona.
-Ensure the Payroll and PRL process
-Relation with the agency for registrations, cancellations, contractual modifications
-Commission and sending of payroll variables
- Payroll monitoring
-Manage in collaboration with the Muta, the measures of prevention of occupational hazards
-Maintain the relationship with the Medical Service, with the objective of carrying out the annual reviews and follow-up
of staff absenteeism
-Resolution of employee doubts
-Delivering compensation cost for forecasts
-Manage benefits proactively
-Monthly report from benefits provider for payroll purposes
-Internal relations with the HR team and the business areas of the company
-Issuing labour relations letters (shifts agreements, etc)
-Pro-actively build and develop strong working relationships with managers and senior managers across the departments.
-Monitor and evaluate information, reports and feedback from employees.
-3-5 years’ experience payroll management, Spanish labour law, and taxation of compensation and social charges
- Advanced level of english
- Relevant HR or law degree level qualification
- Knowledge of HR’s software.
