Founded in 1895 in Austria, Swarovski designs, creates, and markets high-quality crystal product collections such as jewelry, accessories, decorative items for the home, ornaments, and figurines.
As a Product Manager Trainee, you will be part of the Marketing department, reporting to Marketing and Communication Manager.
You will be responsible for:
- Give support in the implementation of the annual local marketing and communications plan.
- Gather, analyze and interpret market information by executing market research.
- Implement local marketing concepts (B2B2C) and initiatives to drive sales within the assigned segments.
- Implement the assigned marketing initiatives, ensuring to keep all local, regional and central stakeholders informed and ensuring an appropriate ROI.
- In continuous exchange with Sales team
We are looking for a professional with the following requirements:
- Education:
Middle to high level education in Marketing/Business Administration.
- Experience:
At least 6 months of experience related to Marketing or sales
- Languages:
Native Spanish and Fluent English. German will be highly valued.
- IT Skills:
Excel and Power Point.
- Soft Skills:
A mix of creativity and analytical abilities, open and enthusiastic, analytical thinking, capacity to work under pressure.
