Our client is a leading advertising technology company based in Barcelona.

We are looking for a self-motivated, energetic, and responsive Publisher BD Account Manager to join the Publisher team in Barcelona. In this role, you will approach and develop new leads, qualify prospects, close negotiations and ensure the satisfaction of the clients attending to their needs.

Your main responsibilities:
-Build and manage a sales pipeline, identify prospects, qualify new opportunities, proactively approach publishers and ensure active follow-up.
-Manage the acquisition and onboarding of new publishers.
-Maintain regular contact with publishers, and build key relationships.
-Monitor, analyse and optimise the results of the publishers.
-Be a role model and representative of the PeakAdx culture, both internally and externally.

We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications
-At least a year of experience doing Business Development or Account Management.
-Understanding of the digital sales environment and ad inventory technology.
-Have a proven track record in on-boarding or growing publisher account.
-An existing portfolio of publishers would be a big bonus.

Skills
-English is a must. Any additional language is a plus.
-Strong interpersonal skills. Building relationships is second nature to you.
-Impeccable communication skills – you can get your point across in presentations, face-to-face, and in writing.
-You have a “can-do” attitude and approach change positively.
-You are a team player, and bring your quality to improve team performance.
-You have well-honed multitasking and time management skills.
