Who you are
You are the expert with an eye for detail when it comes to Quality Assurance and you take it as your personal mission to help your team achieving the level of quality you want in our product.
Some of your amazing tasks
- Create, review and automate test cases
- Ensure that the appropriate scenarios are automatically run on the latest build prior to a release
- Check and study the results of each automated test run, finding and investigating defects, and reporting them clearly with all the relevant information attached and solve them with your brilliant team
And more specifically
- Join forces with the Product Owners to ensure maximum quality
- Work inside a cross-functional Scrum Team and be involved in the whole development process
- Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities
- Define and create an automation framework
- Design, develop and execute automation scripts
- Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

- Speak fluently in English with excellent communication skills, both within and outside the team (mandatory)
- Accurately evaluate and report test results, test progress, and product quality
- Work effectively to define testable user stories
- You have experience and are up to date with the latest developments within the QA field
You are great at
- QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
- Analysis, verification and follow-up of bugs
- TDD, BDD methodologies
Bonus points for having
- Knowledge of the Microsoft technologic stack (SharePoint, Office 365, .NET)
- Hands-on experience writing UI/API automated tests
Your accomplishments (so far)
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Proven working experience in software development
- Proven working experience in software quality assurance
- Solid experience with automating test scenarios with Selenium
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Experience with test tools such as Testrail and Jira
