Talent Search People (TSP) is an international Human Resources agency, specialized in offering customized solutions within the field of personnel selection, based in Barcelona, Madrid and Lisbon. We are specialists in the following profiles: Sales Mkt, Finance Legal, IT E-commerce, Engineering Pharma and Native Speakers. We offer international selection services as well as other HR services: TSP | Consulting, In-house Recruitment, RPO, Outplacement, Executive Recruitment and Interim Management.
As an Sales Intern you will be part of the Commercial team.
Your main functions will be:
- Benchmark strategies
- Lead generation
- Market forecasting
- Commercial operations and administration
- Manage negotiation processes from planning till closing the deal
- Maintain regular contact with the clients

We are looking for young professionals with the following characteristics:
Languages:
-Good English (C1 level) and native German
- Intermediate Spanish is a plus
Experience and skills required:
- Interested in the Commercial Sector and in HR
- Be able to adapt to an international environment
- Knowledge of the German market is a plus
- Good negotiation and comunication skills
- You are proactive,organised, dynamic, and thrive to work in international environments
- You are persistent and like to get things done (target-orientation)
- You are eager to learn, grow and be a good team player
- You love to communicate and influence others
