Sales & Marketing (Fashion Sector)

As a Sales Manager your responsabilites will be:

- Achieving the company’s sales goals
- Develop and manage key relationships with agency and client decision makers
- Accurate forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Creating proposals and pitches
- Collaborating with account and campaign management
- Ensuring management team are kept informed of market opportunities

We look for a person with the following requirements:

- Min 5 years’ Brand Partnerships/Sales experience, ideally related to sourcing of talents/models (Art Buying, Talent Booking), past model booking experience is an advantage
- A proven track record of hitting sales targets and delivering consistent revenue
- Experience using LinkedIn and other channels to create inbound leads
- Strong relationships with brands and media/creative agencies
- Ability to deliver strategic, creative and content based marketing proposals and solutions
- Proven expertise and deep knowledge of relevant market intelligence and trends in content and influencer marketing, advertising, digital media, youth culture, the arts and social media
- Consultative, interested, a good listener
- Self-motivated, entrepreneurial
- Creative solution-driven
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong deal-making skills
