Our client is an important chemistry multinational with offices in Barcelona and Geneva with more than 7.000 people across 63 facilities.

As a SAP CoE Lead, you will be responsible for:

-Act as subject matter expert to secure SAP footprint compliancy and accuracy on his domain of expertise
-Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of the activities (projects, change requests and support) assigned to the domain of expertise impacted
-Develop area of expertise/resources agility and drive the pool of solution experts assigned to the functional expert domain.

Main Tasks:

-Act as Subject matter expert on the functional domain "Finance HR Compliance"
-Analyze current business processes and reengineer them to reduce costs and increase efficiencies
-Identify opportunities to help realize key strategic or operational goals
-Ensure SAP footprint compliancy and accurracy
-Ensure the timely delivery of solutions delivered by the Domain resources
-Meet delivery expectations and ensure improvements are done on his domain
-Manage the capacity of the domain
-Drive/Manage the pool of resources assigned to the domain
-Act as Solution expert (in case of and depending of the size of the team)
-Manage solutions support (L2/L3) backlog assigned to his domain of expertise
-Act as Change coordinator on his functional domain
-Manage as a project the delivery of quarterly enhancement requests packages
-Play the role of IS Project manager (in case of)

Key Shared Accountabilities:

-Manage plan to develop area of expertise and deploy new services delivery
-Develop agility and capabilities of the solution experts pool
-Work with IS Project manager on capacity requests
-Perform reporting and facilitate SAP COE team meetings
-Apply delivery processes setup to secure the delivery execution (Capacity mgt, Time booking, Activities control, ...)
-Participate to the Communities of Interest (CoIs), ensuring information about new system functionality are communicated to site Super Users
-Facilitate the communication within the SAP COE teams and with the IBS partners
-Propose decision on capacity arbitration


Bachelor Degree in Business and/or Computer Science.

Previous Professional Experience:

-Strong expertise and experience on SAP FI-CO-PS-TR on the functional domain covering "Finance / HR / Compliance" (8 to 10 years)
-High business understanding to ba able to positively challenge business requirements on the releveant functional domain
-Strong ability mange HR subjects (SAP HR and SAP Successfactor) and EHS subject (SAP EH&S)
-Good Experience in team management (3 to 5 years)
-Experience in project planning and management skills (3 to 5 years)
-Experience in implementing of underlying IT architectures
-Strong Experience in Project management (3 to 5 years)
-Experience in Release management and Data integrity
