Our client is a company that supplies food, grain and energy products around the world.
Support the Process Improvement Manager (PIM), Global Grain Marketing in all its tasks (80%).
Maintain, revise and enhance the International CP Database until a CRM tool is in place.
Maintain, improve and develop the Global Grain Marketing Risk Reports.
Manage and improve the Global Grain Marketing AP/AR report.
Be a key player on the Compliance system, as a User and as an analyst.
Provide other various analyzes based on the needs.
Proactively participate to the JDE first approach across the Regions.
Support the EMEA Risk Manager (20%):
Liaise with the EMEA / GTC Logistic Team to build a follow up on the Logistic Risks on a weekly basis (Build a process, database and Risk Reporting).
Build a Database to identify where the Legal Documents are located (e.g. Guarantees from customer)
Provide ad hoc analyzes / support based on EMEA needs.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications / Requirements
Advanced level of English and Native Spanish.
Academic background in Finance and/or Accounting.
Good knowledge of JD Edwards (Oracle) software or SAP + Excel.
Experience
Minimum 1 years experience as BI analyst.
Experience in Accounting and AR/AP.
Soft skills
Good communicator at all levels and customer oriented (mainly internal).
Proactive and dynamic person.
Decisive, flexible and team-worker with ability to perform in matrix environment.
