As a Service Delivery Manager, your main function will be to take the responsability for operational business, review process and providing leadership and management for all personal and project related topics.
During your day to day:
- You will be responsible for providing all relevant information to cliente, including Weekly /Monthly /Quarterly business reviews.
- You will maintain, drive and improve services and procedures.
- You will ensure that the agreed processes are followed and key performance indicator are met.
- You will build and maintain a strong relationship with the client.
- You will manage manage effectively all critical issues operational management teams may face that could prevent them from delivering expected service.
- You will manage and promote cooperation in the international work environment.
- You will deliver communication to staff in accordance with corporation policies and procedures.
- You will manage and motivate the team.
You are the persona we are looking for if:
- You have an advanced level of English (C1).
- You have 3 years of experience as Service Delivery Manager.
- You have experience managing teams of more than 200 people.
- You have experience participating in the realization of commercial proposals.
- You have experience in preparing and monitoring budgets.
- You will have a stable position with a permanent contract.
