You will join an innovative company, that provides services and solutions to corporate clients on a global scale, present in over 70 countries/regions with a network that spans over 190 countries/regions worldwide. As a Service Manager, your objective will be ensuring that team capabilities and the operational process are adequate for the provision of the service, and that operational service levels are achieved in agreement with customer requirements.

During your day to day:

-You will become the trusted representatives of the customer and support organisations, to ensure that the company is capable of delivering the highest quality of services
-You will comfortably and constantly meet and exceed expectation
-You will demonstrate understanding of the industry and also of client’s specific industry and their challenges
-You will trend analyses and management of actions
-You will work with product (technology): SD-WAN; VPN; IP Networking; Hybris Cloud; Managed Hosting; Managed services
-You will do service reporting, escalation handling
-You will support the Sales team and customers

You are the person we are looking for if:

-You have an IT related degree or equivalent experience
-You are an ITIL expert
-You have a yechnical background
-You have experience in Service Management to Managed Hosting and Network customers
-You have experience in a customer service environment ideally within IT/Technology industry
-You have flexible approach
-You have significant experience within an IT managed service environment
-You have experience with ITIL based Service Management in a business to business service environment
-You have the ability to present to all level of clients internally and externally
-You have the ability to coordinate others and negotiate to achieve the desired results
-You have a good English Level
-You have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt to address executive, business and technical
audiences.
-You have the ability to develop and build relationships
-You have strong interpersonal, communication, organisation and follow-through skills
-You have Project Management knowledge will be appreciated.
-You have the ability to adapt and influence in a rapidly changing environment
-You have good customer relationship management

-You are going to take part of international projects
