You will be a part of our awesome diverse and multi-lingual team of support engineers and together drive our culture of high performance by focusing on the customers.

Responsibilities:

- Investigation and resolution of issues without known solutions

- Contribution of knowledge and writing Articles for our Knowledge Base

- Replication and logging of reported bugs in CRM system

- Participation in Customer and Partner events

- Assisting Technical Support Engineers trouble shooting

- Sharing best practice with colleagues, customers and partners

- Establishment sessions

Educations and Experience:

- Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
- Previous work experience in an IT/software support environment - 2 to 4 years
- Experience of Microsoft environments
- Experience in building data models and applications in QlikView and/or Qlik Sense is preferable

In depth knowledge of some of the following areas:
- Windows OS
- IIS
- AD
- Windows security
- Web services
- XML, HTML, ASPX
- Citrix
- SQL Server
- C++/C#, .NET
- Knowledge of ITIL – certification a plus

Languages:
- Business level English mandatory
- Business level German or French is preferred
