As a Confirming Account Specialist, you will be working in the Confirming division and reporting to the Team Manager. You will be accountable for contributing to the division's success by enhancing and deepening relationships with clients by providing exceptional client service.
You will be responsible for:
-Introducing Webex to the customers face to face by presenting the product via videoconferencing and travelling to sell the product.
-Resolution of incidents in the customer transactions: communication with the customer and coordination with the back office. The incidence may come from the GCB Front Office or from the client.
-Over draft: managing customer fees and anticipating possible discoveries.
-Mantain relationships with the customer. GCB also conducts it to review operational issues, and customer and supplier management.
We are looking for a persona with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications:
-Native/Bilingual German and advanced English
-Graduate degree in Business Administration or Economics.
Experience:
-3 to 5 years of experience in banking; 1 to 2 years of experience in corporate client support.
Skills:
-Good communication skills with both wholesale banking and the external customer (in different countries, mainly Europe and Asia)
-Resolve technical issues and issues related to the operation of the product
Other:
-General knowledge about banking, banking products and some financial aspects (APR, ROI, profitability, etc.).
-Availability to travel (mainly to Germany)
