Tooling Support Engineer (RIM Principal Engineer)

As a Tooling Support Engineer (RIM Principal Engineer), you will act as a technical expert and adviser for customers.

You will be responsible for:

- Dealing with unexpected problems and complex escalations
- Helping to maintain the availability of the IT services of the customer
- Understanding the importance of meeting Service Level Agreements
- Meeting customer expectations regarding their IT Services
- Delivering low to medium complexity work packages as part of customer implementation projects
- Monitoring performance through statistical reporting and analysis;


We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:


- Fluency in English
- Fluency in German (plus)


- Working as a team member and supporting end users with technical queries


- Excellent team spirit
- Proactivity and initiative when resolving issues and supporting other team members
- IT operations (ITOP) Level 3
- Systems installation/decommissioning (HSIN) Level 3
- Service desk and incident management (USUP) Level 3
- Change management (CHMG) Level 3
- Testing (TEST) Level 1
