Our client is a Textile Manufacturer and Distributor founded in Barcelona over 60 years ago.
As an Export Back Office Specialist, your main tasks will be:
- Order management: reception, confirmation, follow up, invoicing, accounts receivable.
- Client management.
- Liaising with Sales Representatives in Germany.
- Transport management.
- Prospection of new customers and markets.
- Ability to present the product to the customers.
We are looking for a person with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- Advanced level of the following languages: German, English and Spanish (Catalan will be a plus).
- 2 years' experience in a Back Office / Sales / Export Management position.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills.
- 6 months contract + possibility to obtain permanent
- Working hours: 8 - 5.15 pm
- Possibility to join an expanding company
