Main Functions:
Ad-hoc Analysis
1. Perform sales analysis ad-hoc in order to provide needed information for the management to take decisions
2. Send multiples and different requirements to the sales Marketing teams
Budget Forecasting
1. Ensure distribution of daily monthly sales reports to Sales and Marketing teams
2. Prepare, review and distribute to Marketing Management brand analysis for all EMEA subs+distrib
3. Prepare EMEA data for IMDC analysis (Market analysis)
4. Prepare review and distribute TM Budgets and coordinate all the changes in the commercial structure
5. Coordinate weekly sales forecast update and submission commissions calculation and distribution
6. Prepare calculation and distribution to Controllers and HR
- Bachelor degree in Economics
- 2 years in a similar position is a must, ideally experience in a multinational FP&A position
- Experience in delivering projects, analytical tasks, nowledge of Oracle, knowledge of Datawarehouse, very good use of Excel and SAP
- Stress resistant, must be detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication
- English and Spanish – advanced certificate
