Customer Service & Collections agent with Native level of Dutch

As a Customer Service Collections Agent of the internal Operations team, your main function will be to serve the customers of the Dutch market.

During your day to day:

- You'll control, claim and monitoring of the accounts receivable statements, both credit customers and prepaid customers.
- You'll review of credit limits according to the company's credit policies and customer history.
- You'll coordinate and resolve incidents with the departments involved (Customer Service, logistics, commercial, etc.).
Management of the portfolio of retained orders.
- You'll do accounting of customer payments.
- You'll be secure and execute billing.
- You'll open and maintenance of customer accounts in the system.
- You'll prepare reports of the assigned market.
- You'll contact with sales representatives.
- You'll do assistance to annual sales conventions for support.

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have previous experience in recovery and credit control functions.
- You speak Dutch/Flemish at a native level and you have a good level of French and English.
- You have a Diploma in Business Administration or Bachelor of Business Administration and Management (valuable).
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- You have a proactive attitude.
- You have passion for fashion.
- You're available to start asap.

- You will work 40 hours a week. M-F from 9am to 6pm and Intensive on Friday (8-3pm).
