You will join a company with a strong focus on customer centricity and more than 50 years of presence in the bridal market as well as through more than 30 countries.
As a Product and Collection Manager, you will report to the Merchandising Director. Your role will be to manage the projects within the product and merchandising team.
During your day to day:
-You will prepare the collection briefs (performance synthesis, market feedback, best and worst sellers).
-You will develop new reports to better understand the business and trends.
-You will prepare product training handbook, catalogue with offer and prices.
-You will consistent follow up of collections, launch and new initiatives from competition.
You are the person we are looking for if:
-You have experience as Collection Merchandiser, at least 5 years.
-You have a strong analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative analysis on sales performance and report/feedback from the market.
- Strong public speaking and persuasiveness, commercial attitude and ability in the sales.
-You have a strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
-You have a proactive, dynamic, team player with strong relational skills.
-You have a fluent English level.
