Order to Cash Team Leader with Dutch

The Team Leaders main objective is to achieve the KPI’s for his/her group. It is an operational role that also encompasses building and managing key relationships with both internal and external customers.
As a Team Leader your daily activities will be the following:

- You will be managing effectively designated team work-flow to achieve KPI’s set.
- You will act as an escalation point for the team where a decision has to be made on difficult cases.
- You will focus on quality and order management standards to ensure the corporate Order Management KPI’s are achieved.
- You have to ensure compliance with work instructions and strategies and absolute compliance with corporate guidelines encompassing in particular ethical and financial rules.
- You will “people-manage” specific team – involving all aspects of Human resources including, coaching, counselling,
mentoring, motivation, corrective action and concern resolution, development and appraisal – to achieve and
maintain optimal performance levels.
- You will provide senior management with timely and accurate reporting that captures forecasting, performance trend metrics and actionable management information.

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You have University Level education
- You speak Native level of Dutch
- You are fluent in English
- You have demonstrable experience of relevance to Team Lead role.
- You have previous experience in Order Management, Billing or Queries role.
- You have a knowledge of SAP.
- You are customer focused orientationExcellent analytical and problem solving skills.
- You have ability to work own initiative
- You have leadership skills
- You have financial commercial awareness / good numerical skills.
- You are problem solving oriented
- You have strong organisational and ethics skills
- You have project management skills
- You have ability to work closely with internal and external customers

- You are self-motivated and willing to learn new skills
