Their mission is to help businesses to transform their way of communication with their customer and/or staff providing different type of channels (SMS, audio, emails....)


The Sales Manager will be accountable for assisting the Sales Director to execute business growth plans and deliver against the budgeted revenue/gross profit figures across their territory. Incorporating the
management of individuals, they are responsible for achieving the overall business growth and customer
retention for the brands within the French territory.

During your day to day:
● You will execute the short, medium and long term strategy to help the sales team achieve its revenue
targets and growth plans as defined by the Sales Director
● You will lead and carry out key business sales initiatives with full ownership of implementation plan and
retrospective analysis (this can include but not limited to; New Business, Account Growth, Reactivation, Retention)
● You will build collaborative relationships with other key Commify stakeholders including Marketing,
Product and Delivery
● You will manage the needs of the Sales and Account Management teams to drive focus and instil a high
performance culture
● You will supporte the team to achieve success via a systematic review process including the agreement
and setting of clear, concise goals and objectives
● You will coach the sales team to achieve pipeline growth
● You will optimise team performance, create career development opportunities, help the team streamline operational processes to allow the focus to be on value add activities
● You will participate in management decision-making processes concerning sales issues and procedures
● You will forecast sales revenue both short term and medium in weekly meetings
● You will work closely with the professional services team to ensure the smooth delivery of solutions
projects (where applicable)


The job holder will be an exceptional candidate, with a proven track record in a similar role. You are the right candidate, if:
● You have experience with leading, motivating, coaching and supporting an office based sales team
● You have a strong focus and understanding of Sales activities in general - such as sales planning, reporting, forecasting, sales process optimisation
● You have experience of selling technology products/services across key solutions verticals
Demonstrable experience of managing an inside sales team and associated KPIs such as call volume,
call duration, call quality, conversion etc
● You understand KPI’s and Culture required to manage a desk based sales team
● You have experience of selling technology products/services across key solutions verticals
● You owns negotiation skills
● You have the ability to think strategically and act pragmatically at all times
● You have strong interpersonal and communication skills
● You are results driven and target focussed
● You own a strong working knowledge of CRM systems, especially SalesForce, including experience of all
aspects of the sales cycle and workflow generation
