Our client is a multinational company, leader on the capillary market in Europe, offering medical and innovative techniques for capillary problems encountered by men or women.
At the moment, they are counting more than 70 centers and 750 professionals working (doctors, surgeons, hair specialists,...)
As a Center Manager, you will be responsible for:
-Responsible for the initial advice to the client and control and follow up of the clients in the center, more loyalty and satisfaction
-Responsible for the management and management of the center.
-Realisation of reports to the supervisors
-Commercial help to other delegations
-Control and follow up of the economic gestion
-Management and motivation of the team
-Selection and formation of the team
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Experience in commercial, service selling
-Experience in managing teams
-Client oriented
-Experience within the health industry compulsory
-Fluent in German
-Competitive salary
