European Customer Service Specialist with Native Level of Dutch and Excellent French or German

As a European Customer Service Specialist you will be responsible for:

-Delivery of goods to customers ensuring high standards of service:
>Handle orders
>Resolve complaints
>Answer customers' questions by phone or e-mail
>Create reports
>Delivery information or documentation
>Provide information about a product (availability, delivery details, delivery time, etc.)


We are looking for someone with the following skills capabilities:

-Good communication skills, attention to detail, adaptability, assertiveness
-Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a Customer Service Department
-Language fluency: Native level of Dutch, German or French, English and Spanish
-Knowledge of SAP or Lotus


-Permanent contract
-Working hours: 08.00/09.00 - 17.00/18.00
