In your day to day, you will:

- You will perform inbound support (e.g. technical assistance and advice on Smart Mobility and e-Performance Services for both customers and dealers, such as administration of customer accounts, registration or operating issues, charging network, parking services, Porsche Drive, etc.)
- You will perform cross-sales (e.g. clarification of contract-related questions, extending subscriptions, etc.)
- You will offer outbound support (e.g. related Smart Mobility or e-Performance Services)

The perfect candidate has:

- You have a native level of German
- You are strong in communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
- You are trust and Passionate people, able to Inspire others and add value showing Empathy

-40 hours/week (between 6 am - 20 pm, Monday to Sunday)
