1st Line Service Desk with Native Level of Dutch
Our client is an international information technology company that offers a full range of technology products, solutions and services, and they work with over 100 companies in 23 different languages. They are growing day by day and owe their success to each one of their employees.
As an helpdesk agent you'll be working at the service desk department and you will have direct contact with the 2nd line team. The main function of this position is to provide 24/7 IT services dealing directly with the Dutch market.
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
-Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory).
-Help Desk or Customer Service experience (preferable)
-IT basic knowledge and interest
-A team player
