Our client is Danone, an international company leader in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector. As an Assistant Brand Manager, you will be working in the Marketing division and reporting to the Brand Manager in charge. Your objective will be responsible for assisting the Brand Manager in implementing the brand strategies and campaigns.

You will be responsible for:

- Weekly and Monthly Reports and Presentations;
- Follow up studies of Market Research Monitoring results;
- Work with cross functional partners on product development and
renovation being responsible to ensure a full project management: research, pack formula briefing, packaging development and implementation, formula approval according to the briefing P&L analysis;
- Monitor product innovations;
- Control the budget of its own projects;
- Work with associated cross-functional partners to assure a successful execution of brand projects (digital, PR, activation, design);
- Assist in the definition of brand plans and communication campaigns;

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications

- Business Administration or Economics Degree
- Able to speak Portuguese (native), English Spanish (nice to have)

Experience

- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Marketing Function in a FMCG Company
- Experience working on new product development and launch

Skills

- Proven knowledge of consumer advertising
- Experience working with syndicated data sources (Kantar/Nielsen) to make informed decisions
- Demonstrated knowledge of consumer research and analysis

Soft Skills

- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills;
- Ability to operate in a team environment with a "can do" attitude
