As a Customer Care Agent you will be part of an expert team on behalf of the company`s client.
- Represent our client's service standards with the goal of long-term customer loyalty
- Be responsible for thorough research, case management and careful process documentation
- To answer customer inquiries by email and / or telephone
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
- To ideally be educated to degree level and/or have relevant work experience.
- Experience in Customer Care positions are a big plus
- To have excellent German language skills, as well as a good level of English
- To be passionate about customer service and enjoy contact with people
- To have a quick understanding of common information technologies
