As a Customer Service Representative with a Native Level of German your main function will be to support and improve customer satisfaction. During your day to day:
- You will deliver the best service and support customers by phone in the desired language
- You will give information, solutions and counselling on the offered products/services, not only for existing customers but also, for potential new ones
- You will update all new customers' requests in the company' software
- You will maintain positive customer relationships through a responsible treatment of each contact always looking for news ways of improvement
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are native or have a high level in German
- You have at least an intermediate level of English
- You have experience in Customer Service (preferable)
- You have technological aptitude
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- You value reliability and punctuality
- You are passionate about people, able to inspire others and add value showing empathy
