As a helpdesk agent, you'll be working at the service desk department and you will have direct contact with the 2nd line team. The main function of this position is to provide IT services dealing directly with the German market.

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You are fluent in German and a good level of English (mandatory)
- You have Help Desk or Customer Service experience (preferable)
- You have basic IT knowledge and interest
- You are an excellent communicator
- You are a team player
- You are motivated
