As an International Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will recruit several profiles related with construction sector in several foreign countries.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing strategies in order to recruit the best professionals in several foreign countries
- Managing hiring processes
- Establishing protocols with agencies, consulates and other institutions
We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Qualifications
- Proficient in English and in French or German
- Degree in HR, Psychology or similar
Experience
- Experience in HR in an international and multicultural environment
Skills
- Good command of Microsoft Office
Soft Skills
- Strong communication skills
