As a Sales Specialist with a Native/High Level of German your main function will be:
- Developing and support new sales approaches by phone in order to increase business volume;
- Ensure a harmonious and effective partnership;
- Be responsible for all communication regarding portfolio changes and sales processes;
- Be part of a dedicated team while also maintaining strong relationships with other departments;
- Autonomous search for solutions.
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You are native or have a high level in German. (mandatory)
- You have at least an intermediate level of English.
- You have experience in Customer Service/ Call Center or Help Desk positions.
- You have technological aptitude.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You value reliability and punctuality.
- You are passionate about people, able to inspire others and add value showing empathy.
