Country Manager - International e-Commerce Company

Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, you will oversee all aspects of the expansion of the company's activities within the UK territory. You will be responsible for managing operations, develop business and increase profitability to ensure the success of our British adventure.

Your main duties include:

- Recruit, lead and develop a team of talented people to support our operational and commercial activities
- Produce a detailed annual business plan including financial projections – P&L
- Shape and implement the commercial strategy for the UK and manage all activities within the sales funnel – from market prospection to business proposals and negotiations with retailers
- Acquire new customers
- Lead the expansion of our services to main urban concentration areas within the UK territory
- Build and maintain a network of partner fleets focusing on profitability and operational excellence
- Working closely with the UK Operations Manager, oversee daily operations in the company's warehouses
- Produce business performance reports and monitor tracking against targets – financial, operational and commercial

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

- Experience in similar positions within tech, logistics or eCommerce industries
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. MBA will be considered an added advantage
- Highly motivated and results driven person
- Outstanding negotiating skills
- Proven track record of data-driven strategic development
- Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment
- Knowledge of Spanish will be considered an added advantage
- Advanced user of Office package
