International company, focused about selling official sport clubs merchandise, and starting their experience within the Spanish sports retail market.
Working in Madrid.
As Assistant Buyer you will report the Buying team in London.
On your everyday, your main duties will consist in;
- Assist the buying team in all product purchases across a selection of official team licensees
- Ensure appropriate margins are accomplished and all stock purchased is in line with the pre-approved companies' budget
- Assist the buying team with predominantly Spanish speaking licensees
- Raising PO’s in relation to new team purchases
- Liaise with the licensees and the warehouse team to ensure deliveries are on time and the correct information is collected and sent to the appropriate functional team
- Work with the companies' appointed EPOS system to submit all product information from purchased merchandise into the system
- Provide store managers all the information needed regarding the product being sent and sold in the stores
- General administrative duties as instructed by the buying team
You are the person we are looking for if:
- You have up to 3 years Buying experience
- You are bilingual in English and Spanish
- You are experienced in sport merchandise and Spanish trends
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills
- You have ability to work autonomously
- You will have indefinite contract
