Consumer Engagement Manager

As a Consumer Engagement Manager, you will be working in the Sales division and reporting to Sales Director. Your objective will be responsible for developing and executing effective engagement plans.

You will be responsible for:

-Build the Consumer Engagement strategy and plan, contributing to the integrated commercial plan with the Regional Sales Manager (including selected HORECAs, engagement activities and lead generation)
-Build and deploy the channel infrastructure (HORECAs, LAMPs, after-work meeting points, etc.)
-Set Consumer Engagement objectives
-Ensure that Consumer Engagement plan is effectively deployed
-Enhance understanding of local consumer
-Build and develop the Consumer Engagement team for Spain
-Manage resources within agreed budget with focus on maximizing ROI
-Assess capabilities of direct reports
-Manage, motivate and empower effective team
-Ensure full compliance with Spanish legislation, tobacco regulation and company policies

We are looking for a professional with the following qualifications, experience and skills:

Qualifications:

-University degree
-Fluent Spanish and English

Experience:

-More than 4 years of experience in team coordination, activations
-Experience in Consumer Engagement and Sales, preferably in HORECA channal
