You will be part of a dynamic, multicultural team. You will join an innovative company, with a young and multicultural environment of the marketing sector with more than 20 years of presence in the market. The completely remodeled offices are located in Madrid, very well connected with both by car and public transport.

As Inside Sales, your mission will be to identify and generate sales-ready business opportunities in the software/hardware area on behalf of our customers through the use of various sales tactics and through the correct communication channels.

During your day to day:

- You will identify sales-ready leads via phone, outbound prospecting and social selling through LinkedIn in your assigned market.
- You will apply strategic reasoning to prioritize the list of target accounts to contact by leveraging the insights from our CRM system and based on the IT solution offered.
- You will manage the sales cycle of each prospect in our CRM keeping the information updated and providing accurate reports.
- You will work closely with our Account Management team to ensure our clients achieve their business goals.

You are the person we are looking for if:

- You are a native German.
- You have a university degree or equivalent practical experience.
- You have 2 years of experience in inside sales/business development.
- You have 1 year of experience in sales of IT solutions.
- You have experience in using phones and LinkedIn to connect with new businesses.

- You will have a stable position with a permanent contract.
- You will work full time.
